We are now seeking a
driven Motorcycle Sales Consultant
-someone who is sales hungry, passionate about Harley-Davidson, and ready to build a long-term career within an elite dealership environment.
The Role
As the face of Sy's Harley-Davidson, you will deliver a premium purchasing journey from first enquiry to keys-handover. You will combine product mastery with solid closing ability, ensuring every customer experiences the pride and prestige of owning a Harley-Davidson.
Key responsibilities include:
Generating sales for
new and used Harley-Davidson motorcycles
Conducting
test rides
and participating in dealership and group rides
Actively managing leads, enquiries, and customer follow-ups
Working closely with
Workshop,



Parts & Accessories
to ensure customers are fully equipped
Building deep product knowledge across the Harley-Davidson range
Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales documentation

About You

unrestricted motorcycle licence
A genuine
passion for motorcycles
with strong Harley-Davidson knowledge
Sales experience (motorcycle, automotive, or retail preferred)
A disciplined, results-driven approach to selling
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The motivation to pursue every lead and convert opportunity into results
