React Facility Solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable Part Time Handyman to join our team in Wollongong, NSW. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility whilst providing essential maintenance and repair services to our clients. As a Part Time Handyman, you will be a key member of our maintenance operations, delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service across a variety of residential and commercial properties. This role is perfect for someone who values independence, takes pride in their work, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs including General Handyman, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks
Respond to service requests in a timely manner and complete work to the satisfaction of clients
Inspect properties and assess maintenance requirements, providing recommendations for repairs and improvements
Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including materials used and time spent on each job
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on work progress
Manage tools and equipment responsibly, ensuring they are well-maintained and protected to use
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contributing to repeat business and customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role within the trades and services industry
Proficiency in a range of maintenance skills including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs




Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport to travel between job sites in the Wollongong area
Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work schedules
Preferred: Experience with property maintenance systems and familiarity with relevant NSW building codes and regulations
