Warm, experienced nanny for our 22month old

We're looking for a warm, experienced and nurturing nanny to care for our son Xavier, who turns 2 at the end of November, for three regular weekdays each week at our home in Cheltenham.
n
We're hoping to find someone long term who can become a familiar, trusted and significant person in his life. Xavier is a happy, affectionate and curious little boy who loves exploring, reading, playing and being outdoors.
n
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers and is happy to plan simple age-appropriate activities, read together, play on the floor, go for walks, and support his development through everyday play and connection.
n
A calm, responsive and affectionate approach is very important to us. We follow an attachment-based parenting style and want someone who is comfortable offering reassurance, closeness and comfort when Xavier is upset, rather than leaving him to cry.

We're a vegan household, so we'd also love someone who is comfortable preparing (not a must) and serving simple plant-based meals and snacks for him.

Ideally, you will have:

Strong experience caring for children aged 1–3
n
Current Working With Children Check
n
Current paediatric First Aid and CPR
n
Recent references from families
n
A calm, patient and reliable nature
n
Driver's licence
n
Non-smoker
n
n
Early childhood education, childcare or professional nanny experience would be highly regarded.
n
The role is for three consistent weekdays each week, and we're ideally looking for someone interested in a long-term position.
n
Most importantly, we want to find someone Xavier feels completely safe, happy and comfortable with.
