The Role
n
As an Automotive Accessory Installer you'll install, configure and support a range of automotive electronic systems across dealership and fleet vehicles.
n
Your work may include:
n
n
Dash camera and driver monitoring systems
n
Fleet telematics and GPS tracking
n
Reverse cameras and parking sensors
n
Multimedia and infotainment systems
n
Vehicle safety and monitoring technology
n
12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems
n
Aftermarket automotive accessories and electronic equipment
n
n




You'll be responsible for completing installations to a high professional standard, carrying out diagnostics and fault finding, commissioning systems and ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop or dealership correctly installed and quality checked.
n
You'll also work closely with the AutoXtreme Operations Team, dealership staff and customers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Bring
n
You may currently be working as an:
n
n
Automotive Accessory Fitter
n
n
To be successful, you'll have:
n
n
Previous experience in automotive electrical installation
n
Strong wiring, diagnostic and fault-finding skills
n
Experience working with vehicle electronics and aftermarket accessories
n
Certificate II in Automotive Electrical Technology and relevant loom/harness electives(or equivalent experience)
n
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Strong organisation and time-management skills
n
A current Australian Driver Licensee
n
