Business Consultant - Enterprise Content Management

As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Business Consultant to join our New Projects Consulting team, specialising in ECM implementations starting in January ****.
What you'll be doing...
As a Business Consultant you will proactively deliver contracted consulting services and drive continuous improvement for our customers across our many products. Your duties will include:
Working side by side with our customers to implement, configure, and upgrade our best-in-class SaaS ERP software solutions
Providing hands on implementation through the project lifecycle, including:
Design verification
Configuration
Customer support, guidance, coaching
Testing support
Learning and applying our game-changing tailored implementation methodologies on all products.
Establish and maintain engagement with all customers and internal stakeholders as required.




Engage with Consulting Enablement teams to provide any feedback that may assist with the continual evolution of our offering, processes, systems and tools.
Complete customer program deliverables on time, within project scope and per the negotiated contract/program particulars.
Basically, you are the face of TechnologyOne to our customers during programs of work, and you will own all the excitement, pressure, and achievement of taking them live!
Previous experience with TechOne's ECM product would be highly advantageous
Records and Information Management experience, with an understanding of compliance, and information lifecylce practices is an advantage
Experience working in a consulting capacity with a variety of customer stakeholders
High-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels including executives
Customer centric, you're a customer advocate and know how to take a customer on a journey, always delivering a compelling customer experience.
