Job Description
Tindale Dental Cebtre is seeking an experienced Dentist to join our established practice in Penrith, NSW on a contract basis for 2.5 to 3.5 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified dental professional looking for a fulfilling place to pre active . You will be providing comprehensive dental services to our patient base while contributing to the ongoing success and reputation of our practice.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive preventive, diagnostic and restorative dental treatment to patients of all ages
n
Performing clinical examinations and developing appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs
n
Carrying out procedures including fillings, extractions, root canal therapy and other endodontic treatments
n
Managing patient care with a focus on comfort, safety and clinical excellence
n
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with professional standards and regulations
n
Communicating effectively with patients to explain treatment options and build confidence in recommended care
n
Adhering to all infection control protocols and workplace health and safety requirements
n
Staying current with developments in dental practice and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
n

What we're looking for

Current registration with the Dental Board of Australia and valid Australian dental qualifications
n
Proven experience working in general dental practice, ideally in an Australian context
n
Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a diverse range of dental procedures
n




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members
n
Skilled approach to patient care with a commitment to evidence-based dentistry
n
Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively within a busy practice environment
n
Reliability with the ability to work within the contracted schedule of 2.5 to 3.5 days per week
