A premium, artisan food brand is looking for a driven BDM/Sales professional to grow presence across high-end restaurants, cafés, and independent grocers. You'll be the face of the brand in-market, building new relationships, growing existing accounts, and showcasing a standout product range through tastings and on-site visits.

You'll be the face of the brand in-market, building new relationships, growing existing accounts, and showcasing a standout product range through tastings and on-site visits.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Proactively identifying and winning recent business across foodservice and independent retail
n
Managing and growing an existing portfolio through strong relationship management and service
n
Running tastings/product demonstrations with chefs, buyers and store teams
n
Educating retail staff on merchandising and product handling to optimise presentation in-store
n




Planning your territory to balance prospecting/cold calling with regular account visits
n
n
About you, to be successful, you'll bring:
n
n
Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience (ideal in food, hospitality, FMCG or related)
n
A genuine passion for food and confidence talking product/quality with chefs and owners
n
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
n
High self-motivation and the ability to manage your own territory and KPIs
n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
