Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, providing a high level of service while maintaining strong and lasting client relationships
n
Oversee the day-to-day management of your portfolio, including leasing, routine inspections, maintenance, compliance and general tenancy management
n
Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and other key stakeholders
n
Manage complex tenancy matters, including disputes, arrears, lease negotiations and Tribunal proceedings
n
Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs and emergency issues, ensuring properties are well maintained and issues are resolved efficiently
n
Conduct regular property inspections and provide landlords with clear communication, updates, recommendations and reporting
n
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the performance and management of your portfolio
n
Ensure all properties are managed in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and industry best practice
n

About you
n
n
A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property management
n




Strong knowledge of the NSW residential tenancy legislation and property management processes
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine focus on client satisfaction
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
n
The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment
n
A proactive, skilled and positive attitude
