Associate Dentist - Outstanding Growth and Mentoring Opportunity

Kalkallo Dental Care is looking for an associate dentist to join our growing, modern practice.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for the right person. We have exceptionally strong new-patient numbers each month, excellent technology, significant scope for growth and practice owners who are prepared to invest heavily in the development of a dentist who shares our values.
We are open to dentists at different stages of their careers. Experience is valuable, but attitude, communication and a genuine commitment to improvement are more important to us.
The opportunity
The position will initially be approximately three days per week, with genuine scope to establish your books and increase your days as the clinic and patient base continue to grow.
Availability on Mondays is essential for this position.
We appreciate that everyone has commitments, so the other working days can be discussed and arranged around the needs of the right candidate.
Usual weekday hours are approximately 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. There may also be opportunities for later shifts, such as 12:00 pm to 7:30 pm, depending on mutual availability and clinic requirements.
Saturday work would generally be no more than every second Saturday, from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.
There is no fixed preferred start date. Finding the right person is much more important to us than filling the position quickly.

You do not need to know everything from the beginning. However, you must be willing to learn, accept feedback, practise current skills and take responsibility for your development.
Remuneration and arrangement
The position will operate under a serviced facilities agreement.
The financial arrangement will be competitive and tailored to the successful candidate's experience, capability, tenure and overall contribution to the practice.
