About the role:

You will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, leading a team of mechanics, and ensuring all maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic
n
Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
n
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to manage workflow and supervise staff
n
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
