Established in ****, Thornleigh Performance Physiotherapy is a well-known and reputable clinic in our community. We are a busy clinic with a mixed caseload of ages and presentations, from school kids to retirees, weekend warriors to high level athletes. Our current team has a wealth of experience and consists of 6 physiotherapists, including three Titled physiotherapists. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of care and professionalism, with individualised treatment plans and thorough consultations for all our patients. We also enjoy having regular social events together with our clinical and admin teams.
The Role
We have both part and full time opportunities available. Within this role you will be responsible for one-on-one consults in private treatment rooms, assisting with ongoing exercise plans for patients, manual therapy, functional rehabilitation, and contributing to the team through support and knowledge sharing. There is an opportunity for sports coverage with netball, basketball, and more. We have also recently opened up a clinic within one of the local private schools. Past experience working in women's health and/or women's sports is an advantage.
Key responsibilities
One-on-one consults in private treatment rooms




Assisting with an ongoing exercise plan for patients
Manual therapy
Functional rehabilitation
Contributing to the team through support and knowledge sharing
Sports coverage with netball, basketball, and more
About you
Minimum of one year of private practice experience
Current AHPRA Registration (non negotiable - must have in hand)
Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
Drivers licence
An outstanding level of interpersonal skills
Ability to demonstrate empathy and nurturing towards others
High level of professionalism
Team player
Experience in women's health is an advantage
Work in a reputable clinic with an experienced team including 3 Titled (2 Sports, 1 Musc) physiotherapists
Weekly inservices and professional development
Varied caseload - vast majority are private patients
