You'll work in a fast-paced kitchen preparing quality pub and bar favourites while maintaining high standards of presentation, food safety and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
n
Manage your section during busy lunch, dinner and event periods
n
Assist with food preparation, stock rotation and kitchen organisation
n
Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards
n
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
n
Help deliver fast, quality meals during major sporting events and peak trade
n

About you
n
n
Previous experience as a cook or chef in a pub, bar, restaurant or similar venue
n
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced kitchen
n
Robust teamwork and communication skills
n
Reliable, punctual and organised
n
Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
n
Availability for a flexible casual roster, including nights and weekends
n
