Assistant Parts Interpreter
for their Southport dealership - Full-time role, working Monday to Friday.
This position is
vital role
in a fast-paced dealership setting- supporting technicians, keeping parts flowing, and helping deliver the level of service our customers expect.
This position comes with a genuine growth platform, with plenty of ongoing training and support.

What you'll be doing
Interpret, quote,



source and order automotive parts accurately
Liaise with technicians and service to ensure parts availability and smooth job flow
Track orders, ETA's and parts usage through dealership systems
Customer contact via face-to-face and over the telephone
Assist with stock control and maintaining accurate records
Provide strong internal customer service to the workshop and service department
As you develop: support workflow coordination and additional service-related tasks
