As a Assistant Manager candidate you will:
have leadership experience
have a minimum of 1-2 years leadership experience in hospitality management
have a passion for all things Food and Beverage
Incorporate valuable organisation and planning,



whilst working alongside and enabling other leaders and staff to work efficiently and cohesively.
initiate training and mentoring for staff to encourage and facilitate development for all the team
hold current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification before commencement
The successful candidates will be:

have the ability to work under pressure
able to create a positive and proactive work environment
have strong communication and organisational skills
have a 'can do' attitude
can jump in the bar to provide assistance to the bar team
enjoy a smaller and interactive cocktail bar environment which allows your fun and charismatic demeanour to enhance the guests' experience.
