Job Description
Kardinia Health is seeking to employ an experienced Part-Time or Casual medical receptionist to join our team. The role offers an exciting prospect to be a part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary practice working with general practitioners and allied health professionals, delivering high-standard primary health care to the community.

The hours would be a minimum 18hr per week commitment across 3 possibly 4 days. The allocation of hours for this role will be determined in consultation with the applicant.

Applicants seeking a casual contract will be considered.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
n
n
Previous experience in a general practice environment
n
Proficiency in Windows operating system and a working knowledge of Practice Management software (Best Practice preferred)
n




Ability to work as a member of a team.
n
Ability to manage within a busy workplace setting with fluctuating levels of demand
n
Ability to respond to client needs in a calm, warm and friendly manner
n
Australian work rights are required for this position

Recently completed a Cert IV in medical reception
n
