Our client is a highly regarded Eastern Beaches agency is looking for a driven Sales Associate to join a close-knit team where training, progression and internal growth are genuinely part of the culture.

You won't be buried in admin for the next three years.
n
You'll be working alongside experienced agents, learning how to prospect, win business, manage buyers, run campaigns and build the skills you'll eventually need to step into your own sales career.
n
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
n
This is a hands-on sales role, so expect to be involved in:
n
n
Prospecting and building relationships with local owners
n
Buyer follow-up and database management
n
Attending open homes, inspections and auctions
n
Supporting appraisals and listing presentations
n
Following up vendors and prospective clients
n
Assisting across live sales campaigns
n
Learning how solid agents structure their week, pipeline and conversations
n
Building your own confidence, market knowledge and sales ability
n
n
WHO WILL DO WELL HERE
n
You do not need years of experience.
n
Around six months in real estate would be ideal, but they are equally open to someone newer who has the right attitude and knows they want a career in sales.
n
You'll suit this team if you are:

A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

A valid driver's licence

Your own reliable car
