We are a 12 GP teaching practice with an active Registrar training program and a collaborative multidisciplinary team culture.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced workplace and is looking for long-term growth within a supportive practice.

Key Responsibilities
Front desk reception and patient liaison
Appointment scheduling and management




Processing payments and Medicare billing
Managing incoming calls and enquiries
Administrative support to doctors and clinical staff
Maintaining accurate patient records

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:
Have previous experience in a busy general practice
Be highly organised and reliable
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work well both independently and within a team
Show initiative and problem-solving ability
Maintain a professional and positive approach
