Analyse market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.
Identify new markets and business development opportunities.
Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
Lead and support sales and marketing teams to achieve performance objectives.
Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
