About the role

/n Grain Corp is currently looking for a casual Harvest Administrator to work as part of a national administrative team during the peak operational period of harvest. The responsibilities of the role will include:

/n
Administer timecards of grain handlers including schedules and exception management

/n
Time slotting and supply chain operations planning and delivery tasks

/n
Timecard support

/n
Manage harvest administrative processes

/n

/n





About your experience

/n Candidates will have prior experience in an admin role, ideally with timecard system experience. Candidates will also demonstrate:

/n

/n
Time management skills

/n
Customer service experience

/n
Intermediate level with MS Excel, Word & Power Point

/n
Ability prioritise work

/n
SAP and UKG Dimensions experience will be beneficial

/n
