As a Leasing Consultant, you will be an integral part of our expanding team, ensuring our unique approach is reflected in every aspect of the role.

What You’ll Do:
Respond to rental inquiries via email and phone
Organise and conduct open home inspections, including on weekends
Prepare properties for website advertising
Process tenant applications
Negotiate lease terms after processing tenant applications
Analyse current market conditions
Perform various administrative duties as needed

A reliable car and a current driver’s licence
Proficiency with computers and Google Suite
Experience in customer service
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work independently and maintain trustworthiness
Professional presentation and conduct
Current real estate registration or license is preferred
