About the Role
Working closely with the
Chief People Officer and national HR team
, you'll support a office of 80 staff while gaining exposure to all aspects of HR.
You'll leverage your background knowledge while developing your skills across performance, employee relations, and people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end recruitment in partnership with the national team
Supporting graduate and clerkship recruitment programs
Assisting with performance and remuneration review processes
Providing HR support and guidance to managers and staff
Supporting broader people initiatives across the firm
