About the role
n
As a Traffic Controller with Keep Safe Traffic Management, you will play a critical role in maintaining secure work zones for road users, workers, and the community. You will be responsible for implementing traffic management plans and working as part of a team to ensure safety standards are met at all times.

YOU MUST HAVE TRAFFIC CONTROL TICKETS TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE!!! Keep Safe Traffic Management is seeking reliable and safety-focused Traffic Controllers for ongoing and casual work across the A.C.T - Metro and Regional areas.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Set up and operate traffic control equipment in line with approved Traffic Management Plans
n
Control traffic using stop/slow bats and approved methods
n
Maintain strong communication with team members and supervisors
n
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with WHS requirements
n
Promote and uphold a strong safety culture on site
n
Communicate effectively with the public, site managers,
and other stakeholders.
n

What you'll need
n
n
TCR (Traffic Controller) qualification – RIISS*****
n
IMP (Traffic Management Implementer) qualification – RIISS*****
n
Valid White Card
n
Reliable, safety-focused attitude
n
Ability to work as part of a team
n
Willingness to work in varying conditions
n
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including regional, weekends and public holidays
n
Some previous traffic control experience preferred
n
