Spray Painter Trainee / Trades Assistant

Macs Engineering and Opposite Lock is a highly regarded light/medium engineering company and manufacturer of light vehicle tray bodies, third party equipment, accessories and services to the mining, energy, infrastructure and Government and private sectors.

We are looking for aSpray Painter to join our and Engineering team.
n
The people we are looking for:

some experience preferred( training will be provided )
n
Qualification and/or relevant experience
n
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
n
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
n
Good communication and problem-solving skills
n
Work with minimal supervision

Reliable

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
n
n
Cleaning and painting Ute trays, tool boxes and canopies.
n
Using sanders, grinders, spray gun, pressure pot and Sikaflex.
n
Mixing and apply base and 2 pak paints.
n
Maintain a secure and organised workshop.
n
Collaborate with other team members to deliver excellent customer service
n
