About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
n
In this role, you will:
n
n
Conduct behavioural support assessments
n
Develop high-quality Behaviour Support Plans
n
Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support interventions
n
Provide support in clinic, home,communityand school environments
n
Work with
children,adolescentsand
adults with complex support needs
n
Collaborate with families, carers,
supportcoordinatorsand
other stakeholders
n
Contribute to meaningful outcomes that improve quality of life and community participation
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Proficient level or above)




n
Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a similar behavioural support role
n
Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks
n
Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
n
A calm,patientand solution-focused approach
n
A genuine passion for supporting people with disability and their families
