About the Opportunity
n
We are launching a physician-led longevity clinic embedded inside a premium fitness club, in partnership with one of Australia's leading fitness operators. Integrated clinical health services within premium fitness environments are already well established overseas. This is among the first of its kind in Australia.

The clinic is a purpose-built clinical suite within the club, delivering physician-led Longevity Memberships to a health-engaged member base. You will be the nurse at the centre of it, working alongside our doctor and concierge team.

The Work
n
Delivering physician-prescribed IV therapy to members across a structured longevity membership, including pre-administration checks, cannulation, administration and post-infusion review
n
Working alongside the doctor on the same roster, with clear escalation pathways
n
Managing compounded medicine handling end to end, including cold chain receipt, storage, prescription verification and batch reconciliation
n
Maintaining the clinical record to a standard that stands up to regulatory audit, including batch references, adverse reaction notes and prescribing register entries
n
Owning clinical safety on site, including infection prevention and control, equipment reprocessing, sharps and clinical waste, and incident reporting
n
Building real relationships with members you will see monthly across a full membership term, rather than once and never again

What We Offer

$50 per hour, plus Saturday penalty rates, superannuation and full leave entitlements as a permanent part-time employee
n
Two 10-hour days per week, Tuesdays and Saturdays, with scope to grow as the program expands
n
A purpose-built clinical suite with equipment most community settings cannot offer
n
Practising within an established clinical governance framework, with documented protocols and oversight from our Medical Director
n
A collaborative multidisciplinary team including our Medical Director, doctors, nutritionists and the wider HealthScreen clinical network
n
About You
n
Registered Nurse with current unconditional AHPRA registration and no conditions or undertakings
n
Demonstrated recent IV cannulation competency and experience administering intravenous therapy
n
Confident working within documented protocols and a structured clinical governance framework, and clear about where your scope ends
n
Skilled communicator who enjoys building long-term relationships with the people you care for
n
Comfortable working in a premium, member-facing environment alongside a commercial partner
n
Current BLS or CPR certification
n
Background in day procedure, infusion clinic, oncology, cosmetic or wellness IV settings
n
Aseptic non-touch technique certification
n
Experience with cold chain or compounded medicine handling
n
Personal interest in preventative health, longevity or performance
