About the Role
Do you enjoy variety in your day and love meeting new people? We are looking for a warm, friendly, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Caboolture clinic.
This is a part-time position, offering a minimum of 20 hours per week. In this role, you will play an important part in creating a positive experience for our patients, while supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:




Deliver warm and welcoming customer service to our patients.
Manage appointments and procedures with care and efficiency.
Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone.
Process patient invoices and documentation with accuracy.
Maintain a well-organized and professional reception area.
What We're Looking For:
1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).
Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a professional presentation.
Flexibility with working hours and a positive, can-do attitude.
