About the role /n

This is a hands-on customer service role involving battery sales, installations and roadside assistance. No previous battery or automotive experience is required. Training will be provided to the right applicant.

Key responsibilities /n

Assist customers with battery enquiries and sales

/n
Test, replace and install automotive batteries

/n
Provide roadside battery assistance and jump-start services

/n
Diagnose common battery and charging-system issues

/n
Deliver batteries to customers and local businesses

/n
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work setting

/n
Process customer payments and complete basic job paperwork

/n
Participate in the 24-hour roadside assistance roster, including some after-hours and weekend call-outs

/n
Provide friendly and professional customer service

/n

About you /n

/n
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn

/n




Confident dealing with customers

/n
Comfortable undertaking practical, hands-on work

/n
Able to work independently and as part of a team

/n
Available to participate in an after-hours roster

/n
Hold a current Australian driver's licence

/n
Physically capable of safely lifting and handling batteries

/n
Automotive or retail experience is helpful but not essential

/n
