Job Description
La Vita Care is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our Blackburn and Heidelberg sites in a casual/part time capacity. You will support clients with varying needs, including daily living tasks, personal care and social engagement, while maintaining client dignity and independence.

Ideal candidates have a Cert IV in Disability (or equivalent), current NDIS screening, and a positive, patient, and proactive approach.
