The role:
Process day-to-day transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations for clients across multiple industries
Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS statements, and processing of payroll
Assist in preparing financial reports for accountants and clients
Ensure compliance with ATO requirements and deadlines




Support client queries and provide high-quality service in a timely manner
Collaborate with accountants to deliver accurate financial information for tax and advisory purposes
Utilise cloud accounting platforms (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and ensure files are kept up to date
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency for clients and the firm

What we're looking for:
2+ years prior experience in public practice bookkeeping, or a bookkeeping role handling multiple clients
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to offer alternative solutions
Commitment to personal and professional development
Be a team player, contributing ideas to improve quality and outcomes
Confident speaking with clients to provide commercial solutions that add real value
Manages workloads, deadlines, and priorities effectively
