The Role
Your role will involve preparing detailed cost estimates including take-offs, purchase orders, full bill of quantities, and complex site costs. Managing tenders and variations, ensuring pricing aligns with project specifications.Sourcing and negotiating the best prices for materials and service andidentifying risks and providing proactive solutions.
The Requirements
You will have trade or tertiary qualifications in construction, previous experience in estimating and Databuild, a consistent work history as well as anexcellent understanding of the full construction life-cycle. You will have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the residential construction market and building industry standards and processes.
