Our client is a well-established commercial builder delivering a diverse range of new build projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work secured, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects valued up to $10 million.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on PM who enjoys taking ownership from pre-construction through to handover and wants to work within a collaborative team environment.

The Role
n

Manage multiple Deisgn & Construct new build projects valued up to $10m.
n
Oversee project programming, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
n
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
n
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
n
Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications.
n
Oversee procurement, contract administration and cost control.
n
Lead project delivery from design coordination through to practical completion.

About You
n

Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably within commercial construction.
n
Track record delivering new build projects valued between $2m and $10m.
n
Solid commercial and contractual understanding.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to lead site teams and drive project outcomes.
n
Relevant construction qualification preferred.
