We are seeking experienced Industrial Painters, Leading Hands and Supervisors to join our team. We are looking for skilled, reliable and motivated people who take pride in their work and understand what it takes to deliver a high-quality industrial painting project safely, efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities
n
Demonstrate solid industrial painting experience and technical knowledge in surface preparation, protective coatings and application techniques
n
Produce consistently high-quality finishes
n
Maintain strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
n
Maintain exceptional housekeeping and cleanliness standards
n
Plan work and keep projects moving to schedule
n
Identify problems early and find practical solutions
n
Work independently as well as part of a team
n
Communicate effectively with management, supervisors, trades and clients
n
Work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality or safety
n
For Leading Hands and Supervisors: effectively coordinate and allocate work across painting crews, plan daily activities, manage labour and resources, monitor productivity and quality against schedules,



ensure correct surface preparation and coating application procedures, maintain high standards of quality control, communicate clearly with management and clients, lead toolbox meetings and promote safety culture, mentor and develop less-experienced painters

About you
n
Proven industrial painting experience is essential
n
Strong understanding of industrial surface preparation, protective coatings and application techniques
n
Excellent leadership and communication skills
n
Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
n
Strong time management and organisational skills
n
Exceptional eye for detail and quality
n
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
n
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a strong team culture
n
Professional attitude and respect for equipment, materials and the workplace
