Job Description
Oasis Lounge -
n
Inviting sanctuary away from the hustle & bustle of the Main Gaming Floor. A dedicated pace and serene lounge areas to relax and socialize in comfort.

A few of your responsibilities:
n
n
Supervise a team on shift and assist with training, development and performance management
n
Set daily performance objectives for the team and supervise the service flow and performance standards
n
Ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
n
Assist the Venue Manager to support achievement of financial and operational targets
n
Ensure an open line of communication at all times through daily shift briefings, and ensure a smooth transition and handover between shifts
n
Monitor the quality of food & beverages to service to ensure high standards are maintained
n
Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace and coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and materials
n
n
What we are looking for:
n
n
Supervisory experience within a VIP hospitality environment including a thorough knowledge of food and beverages
n
Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
n
Highly organised and eager, with a high attention to detail
n
Flexible availability to meet the venue operating hours
n
Current NSW RSA Statement of Attainment
n
n
