Forklift with Machine operator exeperience

Programmed are currently seeking an experienced Forklift operator/Machine operator for our client in Dandenong. This is an excellent prospect for you to join one of Australia's most successful companies who continues to provide a sustainable waste management solution.

Located in Dandenong
n
Day shift -Initially 8am - 4pm but then will be required to be flexible to start 6am or start at 10am
n
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Forklift driving - counterbalance
n
Storing and maintaining stock / inventory
n
Loading and unloading
n
Machine operating
n
Preparation of orders, pick packing, and dispatching
n
Maintain tidy work areas / ensure equipment is safe and any maintenance is identified and reported immediately
n
Required to lift to 25kg at times
n
n
About you
n
n




Previous experience in a DG / Chemical manufacturing environment - beneficial
n
Strong computer and administration skills
n
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills as you will need to follow SOPs
n
High safety standards and attention to detail - DG sites
n
Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg as required
n
Must have own hi-vis clothing and steel cap safety boots
n
Police check and medical, that incorporates a drug and alcohol screen - will be conducted on offer of role.
