Opportunity: Full-Time Experienced Barista – Rise Bakery (Hamilton)

About the Role

As our lead barista, you will be the heartbeat of our morning rush, pairing specialty coffee with our artisanal pastries and fresh bread.

Position: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
n
Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off
n
Location: Rise Bakery, Hamilton

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Consistently dial in, extract, and serve top-quality coffee efficiently during peak hours.
n
Craft precise milk texture and clean latte art at high speed.
n
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked espresso stations.
n




Engage warmly with our regular guests and build community connection.
n
Assist with basic register operations and beverage menu management.
n

What We Are Looking For
n
n
Experience: Minimum 2+ years working in a high-volume café or specialty coffee environment.
n
Proficiency: Deep understanding of espresso extractions, grinder calibration, milk steaming, and latte art.
n
Punctuality & Energy: Reliable, fast-paced, and positive under pressure.
n
Team Player: Great communication skills and a strong work ethic.
