Due to recent growth in our business, 1st Energy is now seeking experienced Sales Consultants to assist in the success of this critical function of our business.
n
We are looking for proactive sales professionals who will thrive in a new and growing retailer environment, where there is a real opportunity to accelerate your growth opportunities. If this sounds like you apply now as we are looking to fill these roles immediately.

The role:
n
Warm inbound calls promoting 1st Energy's products and services to existing & potential customers to maintain growth of customer base.
n
Outbound calls to customers who have churned out.
n
Identify and secure sales opportunities by offering value add services to our customers.
n
End to end customer management and relationship building.
n
Identify customer concerns, resolve any issues which arise, elevate through the relevant channels when required.
n
In return you will receive:

$61.5k base salary + industry leading uncapped commission

To be successful:

Results driven individual with the ability to meet targets and have a passion for sales.

Experience in a similar role in a sales environment is essential.
n
Strong communication skills demonstrating empathy and understanding.
n
The ability to relate effectively with individuals at all levels, thriving in a team environment.
n
Good computer skills including navigation and the ability to grasp new systems and technologies.
n
The ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
n
Initiative, problem solving skills and ability to learn complex processes.

Ability to work with a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality.
