Conduct outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound and cold calls daily to warm and cold leads
Pitch and educate clearly company products, services or value propositions and answer client questions
Qualify & Convert: Identify customer needs, overcome basic objections and close sales or book appointments
Responsible for Aftermarket sales for assigned territories and drive growth.
Acquire knowledge of filtration technology, applications, and operation of equipment necessary to assist customers and drive sales.
Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers within assigned territories to achieve sales goals and overall customer contact.
Resolve customer issues/problems, research and make recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales.
Keep informed of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity, sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the marketplace.




Identify and create current accounts (end user, OEM, resellers, service agents) to support business growth
Log Data - maintain and accurately update customer database (CRM), interaction notes, lead statuses and follow up schedules by recording phone calls and sales activities.
Travel approximately 20%
This is a full-time role based at Wyong, NSW Australia.
