About the Role
n
Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Engineer will manage the overall coordination and planning of this infrastructure project, This is a site based role in Sydney which involves overseeing project progress and ensuring milestones are met. this would suit an Electrical Engineer with HV experience
n
Duties
n
n
Manage the development phases of the construction project,
n
Coordinate with external consultants who are responsible for the hands-on execution of the project.
n
Track and report project progress, ensuring it aligns with timelines, budget, and quality standards.
n
Assist in preparing project contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly defined; whilst monitoring contractor and vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and timelines.
n




Ensure the accurate completion of project deliverables and compliance with technical specifications.
n
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management on milestones, risks, and potential challenges.
n
Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of project documentation, including regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
n

To be successful you will need to have the below requirements
n
n
A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
n
High Voltage experience
n
Contractor-side experience preferred.
n
Solid understanding of project management processes and procedures.
n
Experience coordinating technical projects with external consultants or contractors.
n
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
n
Strong administrative skills including competency with MS Word, Excel
n
