Experienced Capsule / Tablet Machine Operators - Pharmaceuticals

Experienced Capsule / Tablet Machine Operators – Pharmaceuticals. Due to ongoing business growth, positions are available for experienced Capsule and Tablet Machine Operators to ensure growing customers' demands are met. CGS Pharma is a contract manufacturer of food and health products, manufacturing for many well-recognized brands in the health industry.

Key responsibilities
n
Operate and perform manufacturing processes within a TGA / Food and Cosmetic production environment, including clean room behaviours
n
Perform tasks required to run and operate machines efficiently including line clearance tasks and effective management of all raw materials and components
n
Operate capsule and tablet machines to fill capsules and tablets with medicinal nutraceutical formulas
n
Ensure all activities carried out comply with relevant site GMP and OHS&E; requirements and be accountable for all documentation generated as part of manufacturing or packing processes
n
Ensure batch documents for manufacturing, packaging, in-process, and finished goods are completed accurately for various stages of processing
n
Follow Work Instructions and SOPs
n
Carry out Pre-Start Safety Checks and In Process Checks (IPC)



as required
n
Minimize waste and maximize yields and efficiencies
n
Quality assurance and quality checking of all batch records
n
Troubleshoot machinery and diagnostics as required
n
About you
n
Minimum 3 years' experience operating either capsule or tablet machines, or a person with high mechanical aptitude as full training will be provided
n
Pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food manufacturing experience is highly regarded
n
Manual lifting ability required (heavy lifting at times *****kg)
n
Ability to work efficiently with high attention to detail and accuracy
n
A team player with a proven ability to work unsupervised
n
Own reliable transport and ability to arrive at work on time every day
n
High mechanical aptitude
n
Solid English verbal and written communication skills
n
Working Numeracy/Literacy and computer skills
n
Forklift License beneficial
