We're looking for a
Restaurant Manager
who leads by example — someone who knows how to bring out the best in their team, read the rhythm of a busy floor, and make guests feel right at home.
What You'll Do
Oversee daily service with calm confidence and attention to detail
Lead, train, and inspire a motivated front-of-house team
Work closely with the kitchen and bar to deliver seamless experiences
Manage rostering, service standards, and day-end procedures

What We're Looking For
You're someone who thrives in a busy, high-quality workplace — organised, hands-on, and approachable.
You've managed or supervised a restaurant before and understand that great hospitality is about teamwork, timing, and genuine care.
Minimum 4 years in a similar role
Solid knowledge of food, wine, and modern service standards
RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and leadership skills
