This role is based in Brisbane, reporting to the Head of Operations. The role involves supporting Pinnacle's affiliated fund managers with daily reconciliations of investment portfolios, cash flow reporting, portfolio reporting, compliance monitoring, investor servicing, and business process improvement across investment operations.
Key responsibilities
Daily reconciliations of investment portfolios to counter-parties and clients
Production of daily cash flow reports
Portfolio reporting for Fund Managers and clients
Compliance monitoring and reporting
Business process improvement and operations optimisation
About you
Working knowledge of OMS/PMA environments is desired, with BBG AIMS/Eze experience preferred
Experience performing daily trade operations,



including the use of platforms such as CTM/Traiana/GTSS for trade matching
Experience performing holdings/NAV and cash reconciliation across both fund vehicles and segregated accounts
Solid asset class knowledge, with a focus on global equities, FX, and fixed income
Understanding of different fund structures and local regulatory requirements
Experience with building strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Excel VBA and Python skills highly desirable, with a desire to optimise processes and improve middle office services
