THE ROLE
Working within the bookkeeping team of this established accounting firm, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports including cashflow and budget reporting




Financial reporting and forecasting support
Banking, payroll processing, GST lodgements, BAS preparation, general ledger reconciliations, PAYG reporting
Invoicing, AP/AR management and other core bookkeeping duties
Liaising directly with clients and building strong working relationships
THE INDIVIDUAL:
Proven experience managing multiple clients within an accounting firm
Robust working knowledge of MYOB and XERO
Professional, personable communication style with strong client service skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to support client growth
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
