Our client Café Ronto Pty Ltd is looking to fulfil a position of a chef immediately at Umina Beach NSW ****.
n
The successful candidate will be undertaking the following duties:
n
n
Develop menus, estimate food and labour costs, and manage the procurement of food supplies
n
Oversee and maintain the quality of dishes throughout all stages of preparation and presentation
n
Liaise with managers, dietitians, and kitchen and service staff to address food preparation matters
n
Demonstrate cooking techniques and provide guidance on culinary procedures
n
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established standards
n
Ensure compliance with and enforce food safety and hygiene regulations
n
Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of kitchen staff
n
Undertake food preservation processes, including freezing and storage
n
n
Requirements
n

Relevant Australian diploma or higher in the industry
n
More than 3 years of work experience
n
Punctual
n
Team player
n
