Southern.IML Pathology has a vacancy for full-time Laboratory Pathology Aide to work in the Microbiology Department. The successful applicant must be highly motivated, keen to learn and able to work quickly and accurately in a busy work environment. The successful applicant must have the ability to pay attention to details, proven troubleshooting skills, and be proactive in meeting the needs of the position.
Deal with staff and clients in a skilled manner.
Ability to use positive language using clear communication.
Accuracy demonstrating the ability to pay attention to details.
Proven trouble shooting skills to resolve matters as they arise.
Be proactive in dealing with matters as they arise within scope of the position.

Ability to work independently and co-operatively in a busy department.
Work permanent afternoon and/or night shift
Medical and/or pathology experience
Medical terminology
The position is full time working afternoon / night shift Monday to Friday.
