We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the team and play a key role in delivering the exceptional service SK is known for.
The Role
This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who loves being on the floor, leading by example and bringing out the best in their team.
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and leadership team, you'll help keep service running smoothly, support and develop the front‐of‐house team and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading and supporting the front‐of‐house team throughout service.
Overseeing the day‐to‐day operations of a busy, premium restaurant.
Creating exceptional guest experiences and confidently handling guest enquiries.
Coaching and developing team members to consistently deliver high service standards.
Working closely with the kitchen and leadership team to ensure smooth,



seamless service.
Maintaining presentation, food safety, compliance and operational standards.
About You
You're a confident hospitality skilled who enjoys leading from the floor and knows what great service looks like.
You'll bring:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality skilled in a premium venue.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Confidence working in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem‐solving skills.
A current RSA Certificate.
