Wonderland Academy Early Learning Centre is seeking enthusiastic and Educators to join our lovely centre in West Pennant Hills, NSW.
This is a part-time or Full time opportunity to be part of an innovative early learning environment that focuses on providing exceptional care and education for young children.
What you'll be doing
Planning and delivering engaging, play-based educational programs that support the holistic development of children
Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating workplace that meets the needs of each child
Building positive relationships with children, families and the broader community
Documenting children's learning and development through observations and assessments
Collaborating with the centre team to continuously improve practices and outcomes
Upholding high standards of professionalism and adhering to all relevant regulations and policies
What we're looking for
Diploma, Certificate 3 or trainee in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role within the early childhood education sector
Demonstrated ability to create engaging,



play-based learning experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with children, families and colleagues
Passion for supporting the holistic development of young children
Commitment to continuous professional development and a collaborative approach
Valid Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
