Carpentry Apprentice
Join a Family Building Business – Learn the Trade Properly Rayban Building Services is a family-owned building business established in ****.
Our projects are located across Sydney – Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Sydney.
The successful applicant must be prepared to travel to different job sites.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Carpentry Apprentice who is genuinely interested in learning the trade and wants to build a long-term career in carpentry.
What you'll learn
You will gain practical, hands-on experience across a wide range of carpentry and building work, including:
Internal and external carpentry
Residential building and renovations
Framing and structural carpentry
Doors, windows and fit-outs
General building and carpentry work
Safe use of hand and power tools
Measuring, cutting and installation
Traditional old-school carpentry skills that are becoming increasingly rare in the trade
You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and learn how to do things properly, not simply how to get the job done.
What we're looking for
Is hungry to learn and genuinely interested in carpentry
Has a robust work ethic and good attitude
Is reliable, punctual and willing to work hard
Takes pride in their work
Can listen,



take direction and learn from experienced tradespeople
Is practical and enjoys working with their hands
Works well as part of a team
Is committed to completing their apprenticeship and becoming a skilled carpenter with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
A driver's licence is preferred but not essential.
