This role will have you selling a wide range of excellent and exclusive home furniture.
n
In this role, you will work in the retail store and:
n
n
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email but mostly inperson.
n
Greet new customers and build relationships with them to help facilitate the sale.
n
With support and training, you will keep updated on available products and trends.
n
The training provided will also help you to speak confidently about the features and benefits of the products.
n
You will also be able to consult on styles, fabrics and manufacturing methods.




n
Follow up on past and new leads and proactively source new opportunities.
n
All while working with the team to achieve sales targets.
n
Please note this role requires Weekend Work - Every Saturday and Sunday
n
n
To be successful in your application, we are looking for:
n
n
Experience in a retail sales workplace.
n
It would be ideal if you had experience in furniture or similar products but it's not essential.
n
Strong sales background.
n
Experience achieving sales targets.
n
Ability to work weekends.
n
Great presentation skills and ability to build trust with customers.
n
Experience following up leads and staying engaged with customers once they have left the store.
n
A positive can-do attitude.
n
Self-drive and a high attention to detail.
n
n
