What you’ll do
Resolve incidents and service requests
Support and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, VMware, and File/Print Servers
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to optimise system performance
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold SLAs/KPIs
Participate in project delivery, on-call support and occasional travel

What you’ll bring




Proven experience in IT Support or Desktop/Field Support roles
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Organised, detail-driven, and reliable, you take pride in delivering quality support
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and ability to travel within Australia
