Randstad is looking for a bubbly and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join a agile team within the banking industry on a casual basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced workplace, enjoy helping people and are looking for a casual opportunity, this might be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to clients over the phone, via email, and in person
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus, but not essential
A friendly, bubbly personality with a genuine passion for helping others
Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Availability to work Monday to Friday, between 9:15 AM and 4:15 PM




Ability to travel to different branches in the North/Eastern Suburbs of Adelaide to cover shifts, with your main branch being located within Ingle Farm Shopping Centre.
Ability to cover last minute shifts
